We collect only what we need to run the board: the details you put in a job post or application (name, contact info, message, and any resume or photos you upload), and a basic account if you create one.

Contact information on a job post is shown publicly so people can reach the poster. Resumes and application details are shared with the employer of the job you apply to and with site administrators for moderation.

We do not sell your personal information. Uploaded files are stored on our own server. You can ask us to remove your post, application, or account at any time by emailing haybiz.us@gmail.com.
